Once you’ve submitted your basic information, we’ll connect with you within the next 24-48 hours to discuss your property objectives.  

Simply let us know your preference and we'll alert you when we have properties matching your criteria. We put those who fill out this profile on what we call our "R.A.R.E. Buyers List". Properties get sent out to R.A.R.E. Buyers first ... then to the general investor list if R.A.R.E. Buyers don't snap up the deal. There is no cost to register and more importantly, it shows us that you're a serious buyer. Generally, our properties will be Class B or C quality, 5-50 units, and multifamily assets located in the southeast. If you clearly meet all of the R.A.R.E. Buyer requirements listed below, then we would like to work with you.
